I'm Michael DeCero. DeCeroAI is my independent consulting practice, I get embedded inside organizations and build the AI and data infrastructure that actually ships.
I do my best work where initiatives usually bog down: unclear workflows, fragmented data, enterprise constraints, and teams that know AI matters but need somebody who can connect the pieces.
That means I might be defining metrics in a semantic layer, mapping integration options across APIs, standing up an ingestion path, designing how multiple agents collaborate, and then translating all of it into something stakeholders can understand and operators can run.
Data is the specialty. Inside a Fortune-level enterprise that meant a governed semantic layer over 70+ databases. As co-founder of a market-intelligence startup it means whole-market pipelines, a passwordless warehouse, a pattern engine I tested against 347,000 point-in-time evaluations, and the observability that tells us when any of it drifts. The same discipline, two very different budgets. The story of taking that startup from laptop prototype to private production platform is in the field notes.
